It's time to dust off those kettlebells and take them outdoors for this fresh

Spring Clean and Press Progression.

Perform 5 Reps of each exercise on one side without pause.

Repeat on the other side.

Perform 3 Rounds for a complete strength and cardio workout.

Hip Hinge Deadlifts (no weight, focus on form)

KB Deadlifts (hold KB in one hand)

Cleans (to a rack position)

Cleans (with a single leg hold)

Presses (with a single leg hold)

Clean and Presses (with a single leg hold)

Side Lunge Clean (with Single Leg Hold)

Side Lunge Clean and Press (with Single Leg Hold)
