CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BYOK - Wednesdays 5:45-6:30pm
Bring Your Own Kettlebells or try out the Trainer's first. The variety of exercises built into this class will prevent boredom and plateaus while building strength and endurance. Modifications are provided to meet all fitness levels. Please bring water, Kettlebell(s) and a mat.
Recommended Kettlebell Size
Females: 10, 15, 20, 25 lbs
Males: 15, 20, 25, 30 lbs
Size depends on fitness level and experience as well as the exercise performed and number of sets/reps.
It's best to start conservatively and work your way up.
Investing in 2-3 different sizes is also a great way to allow versatility.
Don't own a kettlebell? No sweat!
Bring a dumbbell or water jug with a handle to get started.
Branch Out Strong: Strength Circuit - Saturdays 8-9am
Burn calories during this total body high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Each workout is a bit different using a variety of equipment to include TRX, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Slam Balls and more. Modifications provided to meet all fitness levels. Please bring water and a mat.
Fit 4 Parents Strength Circuit - Fridays 8:30-9am
This 30 Minute Strength Circuit provides a total body workout with built in core, cardio, strength and flexibility.
Each workout is a bit different using a variety of equipment to include TRX, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Slam Balls and more. Modifications provided to meet all fitness levels. Please bring water and a mat.
Plus FREE kid friendly activity following class.

Parents may bring babies in strollers or play yards.
There is a playground for toddlers/kids who can play independently.
Parents are responsible for the safety of their child(ren).
