The Supersets 4 Strength & Conditioning Online Program is a 9 week accountability challenge to complete 3 days per week of strength training. Participants can mark "completed step" for each assigned workout video provided or supplement with a strength workout of choice. The idea is to create and adhere to a weekly lifting routine for a minimum of 3 days per week. Equipment Needed: All Weeks - A mat and mixture of kettlebells and/or dumbbells Optional Equipment Add Ons: Weeks 1-3: Mini Bands Weeks 4-6: BOSU Ball Weeks 7-9: Stability Ball
