Increase functional and core strength in the 10 week Double Up Series. Program includes workout videos MWF and virtual class on Mondays at 11:15 EST. Weeks 1-4 will focus on concepts of Offset Training using two varying sized kettlebells (or dumbbells). Weeks 5-7 will feature using two different loads (KBs or DBs) one high and one low. Weeks 8-10 will emphasize anti-rotational training and combo moves!
